Our equipment can produce large scale die casting components up to 1600mm × 800mm × 600mm with a maximum weight of 35kg. We have multiple high-tonnage machines ranging from 280T to 3500T capacity.
Depending on the component geometry and material, we can achieve tolerances of ±0.15mm to ±0.25mm. For critical dimensions, we provide additional machining to meet tighter tolerances as required.
Large scale die casting mold development typically takes 4-7 uger, depending on the complexity of the component. This includes design validation, fremstilling af forme, and trial production.
We provide comprehensive post-processing including CNC machining, boring, aflytning, varmebehandling, surface finishing (anodisering, maleri, plettering), og montageydelser.
